This green goddess dip is stunningly vibrant in both color and flavor. Serve it to your guests with pita chips and veggie sticks and see how fast it disappears!
- 1 c. (230 g) Light sour cream
- ¼ c. (60 g) Light Mayonnaise
- 1 oz. (28 g) Noosh® Original Almond Butter
- 1 Tbs. (15 g) Dill
- 3 Tbs. (45 g) Chives
- 3 Tbs. (45 g) Tarragon
- 3 Tbs. (45 g) Parsley, stems removed
- 1 Clove Garlic, peeled
- 1.5 Tbs. (21 ml) Lemon Juice
- 1 Anchovy Filet
Combine all ingredients in a food processor, and process until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with vegetables for dipping.
