guacamole with Noosh Original Almond Butter

Noosh® adds extra creaminess and protein to this favorite dip.

  • 3 Avocadoes
  • ½ white onion, finely minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tsp. (2 g) ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. (5 g) Salt
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 oz. (30 g) Noosh Original Almond Butter
  • ½ bunch fresh coriander, stems removed

Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop the meat of the avocados into a clean bowl. Add the onion, garlic, cumin and salt to the avocados and mix to combine, smashing the avocados during the mixing process. Add in the Noosh and mix to evenly distribute. Finally, add the lime juice and coriander leaves. Store, covered, in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
