Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?

You can trust that your order will be processed quickly upon receipt.  We strive to ship orders within 24-36 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays).

After placing your order, we will estimate delivery dates based on the availability of your item(s), selected shipping method, and your shipment’s destination.  Please note that these are only estimates provided by the carrier and do not guarantee actual delivery times.

Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order.

Order processing

When you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order is being processed for shipment.  Once it is ready for shipping, you will receive another email with your shipment’s tracking number.  Please add info@nooshbrands.com to your contact list to ensure that these emails don’t get routed to your SPAM/JUNK folder.  You may also log into your account at any time to view the status of your order.

Where do we ship?

We ship products anywhere in the United States.  This includes APO, FPO, and DPO boxes.  We do not offer International shipping at this time.

How do we ship?

We ship primarily via USPS.  Noosh Brands reserves the right to ship with the carrier that will be the best solution for your order.

For rush orders, please call us at 805-522-5744.  While we make no guarantees, we will do our best to accommodate your request, and there may be an additional fee.

We all make mistakes.  We definitely strive to be error free – but if you receive your order and you believe there to be an error, any missing items, or any other issue – please do not hesitate to contact us.  Please email us at info@nooshbrands.com, and include the details of the issue along with your order number, and we will do our best to make it right.
